Knowledgable For a man that doesn't read or write a lot, Hildemir his a man that knows many things. Like people back in the days, he learn bits and pieces of information here and there keeping it all in his head and randomly telling others about stuff he knows.	Austere Both definitions of this word actually fits Hildemir. ✠ Without being cheap, he his a man running a tight budget. Even if he's pretty rich has the head of the German Family, he likes to keep his money rather then spend it on useless possessions. ✠ The German is a severe man, with himself and with others. He expects the perfection from everything and everyone, himself included.
Brave If there's one thing you can't call the head of the German Family, it's coward. The man is always doing jobs other powerful mafia heads bosses would delegate to lower ranks members. The German like action, constant moving, fights and plundering.	Snobish There is not a lot of people that can claim to really know him. Even his sons and most of his grand-sons are too afraid of him to even try bonding. Hildemir grew defiant toward everyone, eyeing them from above as if they were dirt on his boots, keeping his facade of detached man.
Prudent Even if Hildemir likes battle and blood, he doesn't throw himself in the devil's lair without knowing the odds of winning and loosing. Turned out his ploy helped him keep his place as the head of family for such a long time.	Intimidating Most of the time, the German has one expression : stoic. His face is rather scary, eyes always squint, glaring as if he was trying to read through peoples soul. His aura is also rather cold, wich doesn't help firsts impressions.
Reliable When Hildemir gives his word, he will go to the very end to keep it. He won't help strangers, but for his family, it's another story. Anyone he knows coming to him with a decent request, changes are good he'll help in exchange of other services.	Man of few words Really, really few.
Hardworking Laziness, leisure, lust, gluttony are values that Hildemir despise. A man should work his entire life, devoting his heart and soul to his family or job.	Withdrawn Even if he love his family deeply, the Mafia boss won't show it. Afraid deep down that they're going to be hurt if he shows any affection to them, Hildemir treat everyone with the same coldness.

Personality:

A man of steel with a golden heart.
From the outside, Hildemir his a cold, heartless man, killing, plundering and beating up people without mercy. In the inside, hides a family man doing his best to keep those he like safe, although his ways of caring can be a little unconventional sometimes. For example, in the German's point of view, not showing affection to the kids while they grow up is the best way of making sure they'll become real strong men later on.

Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment
The German mafia is strictly organized. Everyone has responsibility, tasks and a superior to report anything suspect. A chain of command his necessary in Hildemir's mind, and whoever breaks the established rules pays the high price.

Getting older every day, the head of the family is quite paranoid on routine exercises. Every morning, he stretches up, run 20 miles, eat breakfast before starting his daily tasks. Hildemir has an healthy balanced diet, has regular check-ups and as been chaste for many years.

History:

"Germany isn't what it used to be." How many time Hildemir heard his grand-father ramble the same old stories to him ? Proud German, it had took it all to rip the man away from his country. Times were time and business wasn't good in Deutschland, so the Beilschmidt family had move to another country. They ended up in a town with other gang and quickly took control of the toughest neighbourhood. The German grew up fighting and bullying other kids, always trying to be the best. As soon as he got eighteen, he signed up in the army and got away from his horrible youth, travelling around the world, helping back victims of natural catastrophe, feeling he was paying his debt back to all the people he made miserable. Hildemir came back to his hometown more posed and calmed. He got married, had three kids and was living the perfect apple pie life until his grand-father died. Internal war started between his brothers, and has the oldest, he decided to step in. Threatening him, they killed his wife as a warning. Revenge was quick, the next month Hildemir buried both his wife ans his two brothers. That left him alone to raise his boys. When they were old enough, he stepped back from the head of the family and travelled again around the world. Things got worst back home again, so the German came back to take his rightful place : Head of the German Family.

The cut wasn't deep, but blood trickled along his arm, staining his good old white shirt. Hildemir stood there, staring at the cut as if he could intimidate it to close and stop bleeding. But after two minute of starring, the tall blond sighed. Some band-aids were needed. He started to walk toward his room/office where he kept an emergency kit. On his way, he stopped next to Roderich door. The brunette was playing piano again, the soft melody contrasting with the violence held between the walls. Finger tightly holding his hands, the head of the German house daydreamed of his quiet days with his wife and sons. How far it was...Shaking his head, Hildemir resume his quest for a band-aid, leaving a small pool of blood in front of the musician door. Turning a corner, the cold steel eyes fell on the door of his oldest grand-son. Even if it was closed, the blond could hear the albinos talking loudly into his cell. Soon followed by banging coming from next door. Ludwig probably telling the other to keep it quiet. It was always eventful in this house. Near his office, he stumbled upon Lili skipping toward her elder brother's room. These two, Heldemir though.

Closing the door behind him, it felt as if he was alone in the world finally. Going straight for the kit, he quickly improvised something to fix his cut. Once everything seemed fine, the German went to his bar and poured himself a big glass of cognac. This evening, he would spend it alone, thinking about his next move with the import... *dring dring* picking up his phone Hildemir answered coldly.

The voice at the other end beamed in his hear. The too well know voice belonging to a certain hot blooded Italian was happily talking about a meeting of some sort. Looked like the night wouldn't be that quiet...
